How Good Can Chris Bosh Be With An All-Star Point Guard?

Everyone now has heard about Chris
Bosh, LeBron James, and Dwyane Wade teaming up down in Miami. Now Wade will
probably be the leader, James the star, but where does that leave Bosh? The
rebounder?

If the Heat want to win they must
learn to all be the playmaker and superstar. I think that if one player
averages ten more points then the other two stars then the Heat will not win
the championship. James and Wade need to average 20-25 points each while Bosh
needs to average 10-15 points per game and 5-10 rebounds.

The Celtics showed that one ball
hog that is a superstar cannot win it by himself. The Celtics beat the Heat, Cavs, Magic, and nearly the Lakers. Actually they beat, Wade, James, the Magic, and
nearly Kobe. The Magic’s superstar, Dwight Howard cannot hog the ball because
he plays in the post as a center. The Magic’s “potential ball hogs” were Jameer
Nelson, Matt Barnes, and Richard Lewis, all-stars but not superstars.

Why is Howard a first all-NBA team
player? His point guard. Howard is a good player but if his starting point
guard was not so good he would drop to the third all-NBA team.

A point guard can completely make a
big man better or worse. For example, Pau Gasol has been better in LA not
because he is a Laker but because of Derrek Fisher. Amar’e Stoudemire needed
Steve Nash to be a superstar.

What Is Wrong With The Celtics!?!

First- I have to go back to school tomorrow. 😦 I try to blog in the morning but I don’t think that will work out.

In case you don’t follow the NBA my Celtics are two and four since losing to the Lakers on Christmas day. The only teams they have beat or the Kings and Wizards two of the leagues worst teams.  They lost to the Lakers, Warriors, Trail Blazers, and Knicks. I can’t blame them on the Laker loss. The Lakers wanted to win that game ever since the Celtics beat them in the NBA Finals and the Trail Blazers are a good team. The only problem with the Trail Blazer game?Their best player, Brandon Roy, was out. The Warriors are an okay team except for the fact that they had so many players out due to injuries. The Knicks game they did terrible in the third quarter. Most of the time the Celtics rest and get pumped up at half time but not that time. The Celtics still have the best record in the NBA being 29-6 and are a game up on Cleveland. Look at January ninth when they play each other. They face the Bobcats on the road on the sixth and the Houston Rockets at home on the seventh. In order for the Celtics to win against the Bobcats they just need to play like they did during their nineteen game winning. To win against the Rockets they need play like during their nineteen game win streak and have a fairly big game from anyone really. It could be Ray Allen, Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, Rajon Rondo, or even a scrub like Patrick O’Bryant. No offense. I think the Celtics will  beat the Bobcats and win in a close game against the Rockets. I’m also going to try not blogging about the Celtics as much. It seems like I jinx them every time.

Red Sox, Yankees, Rays- Rotation

First- WOW! Today is the slowest day in sports ever. So slow I was going to put this story up around spring training.

Second- Some of my NFL predictions were off, but who would have thought that the Chargers would have beat the Colts.
Third- My Celtics better start another streak. If they win tonight against the Knicks it will be a two game win streak.
Now to the Entry.
Who will win the A.L. will it be the Rays, Sox, or that team in New York (I’m to mad at them for some reason to say their name). I will lock at every thing from the players to their ballparks to their fans.
Rotation
C.C. Sabathia, NYY, A.J. Burnett, Chein-Ming Wang, Joba Chamberlain, Phil Hughes/ Alfredo Aceves
Josh Beckett BOS, Jon Lester, Daisuke Matsuzaka, Brad Penny, Tim Wakefield/ Clay Buchholz
James Shields TB, Scott Kazmir, Matt Garza, Andy Sonnanstine, David Price/ Mitch Talbot
The Yankees have two real aces along with one ace. To be a real ace you have to be an ace no questions asked. To be an ace you only need some people to think your an ace. C.C. and A.J. are real aces while Wang is just an ace. The Red Sox have three real aces being Beckett, Lester, and Dice-K. They also have an ace being Brad Penny. they Rays have two real aces being Shields and Kazmir. Garza is an ace while Price is a future ace. Joba needs to stay in the bullpen so if I were the Yankees I would get Smoltz or someone and move Joba to the ‘pen. The Red Sox need to have a sixth man ready like Clay or Masterson in case Penny or Beckett gets hurt. I would start Clay in the bullpen at first. Masterson should stay in the bullpen. Bowden needs half a year then the Sox should call him up in the summer. The Rays just need to get better every year. Their rotation is great, just not ready to compete with the rotations of Boston and New York.
Note- If a “/” is in front of their name then they are the “sixth” or backup starter. If they are bold that means they are one of the top five starters, which gives their team a point. If underlined then they are an honorable mention and gives their team 1/2 a point.
Sorry not showing much love to the Rays.
Todays points
Red Sox- 3.5
player
Yankees- 2.5
player

Rays- 1.5
player
Look out for the infield tomorrow
